Functionality+Aesthetics
{ ABOUT me }
I'm drawn to underperforming systems. Clunky processes and broken interfaces that make people work harder than they should are an opportunity in my eye. I came into design through a love of problem solving, and what keeps me here is building experiences that feel effortless for the people using them. I'm fascinated by the psychology underneath good UX, and equally by how a better experience translates into better-performing businesses. I don't see those as competing concerns. A design is only successful when it's desirable for users, feasible to build, inclusive and commercially viable. All four have to converge to make a solution great.
{ How I work }
My process is built on real user data, not assumptions, an instinct sharpened by years leading marketing campaigns where understanding real audience behaviour was the whole job. I audit the system to find where it breaks, research with real users to understand why, then ideate against proven selection frameworks and validate again before anything ships. Underneath the visual layer, shaped by a decade of design experience, sits evidence at every step. The result is a refined solution to a genuine human problem.
